The Importance and Application of Meditation in Stress Management

It will be explained what “meditation” is, which is defined as “antidote to stress” and its importance in terms of body-mind-spirit balance; Meditation experience will be provided along with tricks.

  • Why should we meditate?

  • How to meditate?

  • When should meditation be done?

  • The training is completed by performing a 20-minute group meditation.

While explaining how to regulate our nutrition in order not to get sick or to control our existing chronic diseases;

  • What is an anti-inflammatory diet?

  • What is intermittent fasting? Why and by whom is it applied?

  • What is the importance of spices, which spices should we use and how?

  • Risks in packaged foods

  • Situations where supplementation is required are explained.
