I received counseling from dietitians many times, I lost weight, but each time I gained more.
What will be different this time?

I will be explaining a nutrition model that you can maintain for a lifetime and will be good for your cells. Instead of a menu, a list, I will explain what you should and why you should not eat. As we continue the coaching process, we try to customize your new diet model based on your loved ones and habits. In this way, we create a sustainable process.

I pay so much attention to my diet, but I still wake up more tired and have very low energy throughout the day.
Where am I doing wrong?

Although nutrition is one of the most important factors for our health, it is not enough on its own to be healthy. In order to be healthy in a holistic way, it is necessary to protect our body, mind and mental health. You will observe that you feel much healthier and more energetic when you add beneficial habits to your daily routines and improve on issues such as sleep, stress management, and self-awareness.

I was told that the breathing exercise would be good, I did a mouth breathing exercise, but it did not do me any good. I guess breathing exercises aren't for me.

Nose is our organ designed for breathing. Mouth breathing is used when there is a situation that interferes with nasal breathing or in cases of extra oxygenation that we will need while doing sports. You will realize that your well-being in physiological and psychological areas will increase with correct breathing practices in which the diaphragm is actively used.

I have tried many times to meditate, I am told to quiet my mind-thoughts, but I cannot do it.
